A mid morning class suitable for beginners through to those with an established practice. We begin with grounding and expansive breath work. You will be guided through a gentle vinyasa flow to gradually improve your flexibility. The practice concludes with a guided meditation and relaxation.
Options are given to develop your practice and modifications are offered to include those practising with injuries and ailments.
